The Closed Joint-Stock Company (CJSC) «Communication and Telecontrol Systems», CTS, was founded in 1994 in St. Petersburg, Russia. The company is specialized in the development, production and commissioning of automated dispatching and control systems (SCADA), electric energy metering systems (AMR), and systems for data collection and transmission from field level to dispatch control centers.
Our products and solutions include:
- the multifunction, class 0,2S electric power meter and mini-RTU «KIPP-2M»
- the AMR data collection and transmission equipment «Teleuchet-K1»
- the «TeleSCAD» and «Teleuchet» SCADA software packages for the real-time control of power distribution facilities
- the RTU «Telekanal-M2»
- mimic board control systems
- integrated solutions for data collection and commercial energy accounting in power systems.
CTS products are included in the Russian State register of measuring equipment, are certified by the Russian Federal Electric Grid Company (FSK), and are compatible with the hardware and software solutions of the Russian System Operator (ISO). The company solutions are also compatible with systems by other manufacturers.
We are licensed for design, assembly and commissioning works, and accredited by the Russian Power Market Operator (ATS) for construction and installation of commercial electric energy accounting systems for the power market participants.
The company operates under a ISO 9001 quality control system.
